Landmaxxing? Messi-linked entity buys Fort Lauderdale mansion next door
An entity linked to Lionel Messi’s wealth manager dropped $8 million on a Fort Lauderdale property next to the home Messi already owns. Sadani LLC, managed by Alfonso Nebot Armisen, bought the 7,660-square-foot property at 71 Compass Lane in Fort Lauderdale’s exclusive Bay Colony community, records show. The deal worked out to $1,045 per square foot. Armisen, a Spanish banker, has run Messi’s private investment firm since 2009, according to Buenos Aires Times. Armisen is secretary of Messi’s nonprofit, the Leo Messi Foundation.
