Larry Ellison’s North Palm Beach estate hits the market for record $165M
Billionaire Oracle founder Larry Ellison listed his North Palm Beach home for a whopping $165 million. The tech titan paid $80 million for the 8.4-acre property in 2021, and listed it for sale a year later asking $145 million. It’s inside the gated Seminole Landing community. The Wall Street Journal first reported Ellison’s intention to relist. The asking price is a record for North Palm Beach and pencils out to over $10,000 per square foot, or $19.6 million per acre.
