SPOT Market | Fort Lauderdale Affiliated Development signed a grocery store concept and café anchor at its mixed-income Fort Lauderdale apartment project that’s under construction. SPOT Market, a new concept by Planta Baja Market Group, leased 4,000 square feet on the ground floor at The Era development at 2125 South Andrews Avenue, according to a news release from Affiliated’s broker. The outpost, which will consist of about 3,500 square feet of interior space and roughly 500 square feet of outdoor patio, is expected to open next year after The Era is completed in the first quarter.
