Lilly Pulitzer’s former estate tops Palm Beach County luxury contracts
Joan Granlund found a buyer for a Palm Beach estate she bought from the fashion designer Lilly Pulitzer, topping the week’s luxury contracts with an asking price of $42.5 million. Palm Beach County buyers signed 15 luxury residential contracts between Sept. 7 and Sept. 13, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks all listings countywide with an asking price of $3 million and above.
