One of the Mas brothers proposed a massive industrial project with affordable housing, retail and restaurant space on 162 acres near Miami Gardens. Landmark QOZB Construction, an entity managed by Juan Carlos Mas of Coral Gables-based MAS AJP, filed a pre-application for the project planned for 20000 Northwest 47th Avenue in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, real estate website Florida YIMBY reported. Modis Architecture is designing the development.
