In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, firms tapped new leaders and brokers made moves. Miami Beach-based United Capital tapped Adam Lipkin as managing director of capital markets, according to a press release. In his new role, Lipkin will oversee capital solutions for United Capital’s portfolio as well as for clients, according to the release. He was previously a vice president with Greystone Capital Advisors for nearly four years, and has closed more than $3.2 billion in transactions across commercial asset classes, the release shows.
