Movers & Shakers: Wood Partners hires South Florida managing director
Leading this week’s hiring news is the addition of Micah Conn as managing director of Wood Partners’ South Florida office. Conn brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use development, delivering projects across South Florida, according to a news release. Conn will oversee all aspects of development across the region for Wood Partners, including design, entitlements, capitalization and construction management, the release said.
