Movers: Boca Raton CRE veteran Arnie Sevell joins LQ Commercial
In South Florida’s latest hiring news, commercial real estate veteran Arnold “Arnie” Sevell has joined LQ Commercial after 35 years with Sevell Realty Partners. Sevell will extend the firm’s reach along Florida’s east coast, bringing experience in retail, office, industrial, land and healthcare real estate, according to a news release. He has negotiated over $500 million in transactions and directed the development of 1 million square feet of commercial property, with a Florida footprint spanning Port St. Lucie, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, the release said.
