Mr. Jones: Tabani scoops up Lincoln Road retail with celeb nightclub
Tabani Group purchased a retail property on Lincoln Road that is home to the South Beach nightclub where Drake and Chris Brown were spotted when they were filming the music video for their diamond-certified hit “No Guidance” nearby. Records show the Dallas-based firm paid $18.4 million for the 22,800-square-foot property at 318-334 Lincoln Road, next to a CVS. The seller was an affiliate of Robins Companies, led by Scott Robins who is the brother of Miami Design District owner Craig Robins.
