Newgard buys West Palm Beach site for luxury car concept

Harvey Hernandez’s Newgard Group scooped up a 2.6-acre site in West Palm Beach that could soon showcase luxury cars.  The Miami-based developer’s commercial division plans to build a luxury car and lifestyle concept at 2500 North Florida Mango Road that would include 20 automotive studios, which will be sold to separate owners. Records show Newgard bought the site from a California-based LLC led by Jonathan Bergman for $10.5 million. The property tripled in value from Bergman’s $3.5 million purchase in 2021.  Newgard’s project will feature spaces for car collectors to store and display their vehicles within a membership-driven model.
