A waterfront mansion in Palm Beach is in the running for a potential record after listing for $195 million. The nearly 20,000-square-foot home at 1616 South Ocean Boulevard sits on nearly two acres of land with waterfront access to both the intracoastal and the Atlantic. It was rebuilt from scratch in 2023 and now features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a powder room.
