Palm Beach home listed for $30M tops signed contracts

A Palm Beach waterfront home that hasn’t changed hands in more than 40 years is under contract with an asking price of $29.8 million. That’s one of the 16 contracts Palm Beach County buyers signed between Sept. 14 and Sept. 20, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks all residential listings countywide with an asking price of $3 million and above.
