Pending sale of $25M Boca mansion tops busy week in Palm Beach County
A mansion in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club with an asking price of $25 million led an active week of signed contracts in Palm Beach County. Buyers signed 17 contracts between July 13 and July 19, according to a weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The team tracks all listings in Palm Beach County $3 million and up. The total asking dollar volume of the contracts signed last week was $110.7 million, up over 50 percent from the previous week.
