Playboy Mansion owner cashes out of Miami Beach for $22M
Playboy Mansion owner Daren Metropoulos sold his Miami Beach home for $22 million. The son of Greek-American billionaire C. Dean Metropoulos sold the 5,870-square-foot home at 7815 Atlantic Way in the gated Altos Del Mar community to an undisclosed buyer. The deal penciled out to $3,750 per square foot. Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman represented the seller, while Lina Agosto of The Corcoran Group brought the buyer. The deal has yet to appear in public records.
