The Weeknd closed on a waterfront mansion in gated Gables Estates for $50 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in Coral Gables. Brokers confirmed that the sale of the estate at 41 Arvida Parkway closed for $50 million, although the deed has not yet appeared in public records. The Real Deal reported earlier this month that The Weeknd, whose legal name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, was in contract on the $54.9 million listing.
