The $5 million and up market of luxury homes in Miami-Dade included a diverse mix of buyers and sellers as of late: French banker Olivier Sarkozy, Elon Musk’s attorney Alex Spiro, and developer Ana Codina. Property records show Sarkozy, whose half brother is former French President Nicolas Sarkozy and who was previously married to Mary-Kate Olsen, paid $5.2 million for a non-waterfront home on North Bay Road. Jean Marie Echemendia and Andrew Kouri, as trustees, sold the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house, which spans nearly 3,000 square feet.
