A developer scored a $35 million construction loan for the final phase of its Princeton multifamily project, marking an unceasing rush on south Miami-Dade County. This month, Brickell-based Aconcagua Group will start building the eight-story, 162-unit building, marking the third portion of its Casa Princeton development, according to a news release from Berkadia, which arranged the financing. S3 Capital, based in New York, provided the non-recourse, floating-rate debt with a two-year term for the project planned for the site at 12867 Southwest 248th Street, in unincorporated Miami-Dade.
