🏆 Residential: The top recorded home sale was in Surfside, where a condo at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club at 9001 Collins Avenue traded for $19 million. A trust tied to Richard Gold sold unit 307 in the south tower to an LLC managed by William Papariella, a private aviation executive, and Michael Deo, an accountant. The 4,000-square-foot pad has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The trust purchased the unit in 2021 for $10.4 million.
