🏆 Residential: A Pinecrest mansion marked the priciest residential transaction to come online. Jeffrey and Stephanie Green shed a 10,400-square-foot home at 9500 Southwest 61st Court for $15.5 million. The home, which sits on a 1-acre estate, has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half bathrooms, and it was built in 2022. The buyer was 9500 Pinecrest LLC. The Greens listed the residence for sale in December, seeking $16.4 million.
