🏆 Residential: The top recorded home sale was in Boca Raton, where a waterfront spec mansion sold for $75 million. The deal, in the gated Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, is a record for the city. The estate at 2500 East Maya Drive spans 18,300 square feet. David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties represented both sides of the deal. The home has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and five half bathrooms, along with 292 feet of water frontage, a wellness wing and golf simulator.
