🏆 Residential: The top recorded home sale was in Boca Raton, where a waterfront spec mansion sold for $75 million. The deal, in the gated Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, is a record for the city. The estate at 2500 East Maya Drive spans 18,300 square feet. David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties represented both sides of the deal.
