The seller was a trust tied to Asa Lena Loof and the buyer was Hillsboro Mile LLC. The home sits on a 1.4-acre lot and has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The deal works out to $2,900 per square foot. The last asking price for the property was $33 million.
