🏆 Residential: A Wellington estate marked the top residential home sale to hit records in South Florida. An LLC managed by Jason Golden parted with a 10,800-square-foot mansion at 11380 Long Meadow Drive for $16.3 million. The buyer was an LLC managed by Alejo Pedroza Paez. The 1.1-acre estate includes a main house with five bedrooms, game room, exercise room, spa, sauna and steam room.
