Snyder, founder and CEO of MDS Energy Development, parted with the home at 340 San Marco Drive for $9.5 million. The buyer was a company tied to Margaret Yu and Thomas Lee. The property last sold for $3.6 million in 2023. Built this year, the home spans 6,900 square feet, pricing the sale at $1,400 per square foot.
