🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records was in Palm Beach at 242 Wells Road for $21 million. Andrew Krebs Boszhardt and his wife Victoria Louise Yeager were the buyers. Maxberry Limited was the seller. The home spans nearly 6,000 square feet with four bedrooms and six and a half baths.
