🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale recorded was in Coral Gables, where a home at 6960 Sunrise Drive changed hands for $8.8 million. The sellers were Luis and Elena Bermudez, and the buyer was an LLC managed by Sebnem Sarraf. The four-bedroom home has two and a half bathrooms and spans 2,700 square feet. It last sold in 2023 for $7.1 million. The home hit the market in December with an asking price of $11.9 million.
