🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale to hit records in South Florida was in Miami’s Ponce-Davis neighborhood. An LLC managed by Christophe Scherman parted with the roughly 10,000-square-foot mansion at 5545 Southwest 81st Terrace for $18.9 million. An entity led by telecommunications executive Meinrad Spenger bought the house. Built this year, the home sits on a nearly 1-acre lot and has seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms.
