🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records was in Key Biscayne, where a waterfront property at 230 Harbor Drive changed hands for $17.5 million. The seller was Philippe Touret, chairman of the board of Nozin, which makes a nasal antiseptic, and the buyers were Jose Estrella and Jacqueline Vilarino Estrella. Touret had owned the property for decades. Built in 2003, the home spans more than 6,200 square feet and has seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. Its last asking price was $21.8 million.
