Residential: The most expensive residential sale recorded was $22.8 million for a 5,500-square-foot home at 508 West Dilido Drive in Miami Beach, built in 2018. The 508 W Dilido Drive Land Trust sold the property to 508 Di Lido Land Trust after purchasing it for $18.5 million in February of this year. Reid Heidenry and Marko Gojanovic with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, and Hayley Dodge with Compass brought the buyer.
