Venetian Islands home and sugar mogul’s Bath Club condo top signed contracts
The pending sales of a waterfront home in Miami Beach asking $15.3 million, and a condo owned by a Brazilian sugar mogul topped luxury sales activity in Miami-Dade County last week. The deals are two of eight contracts signed between Sept. 8 and Sept. 14, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
