Venetian Islands spec mansion asking $48M tops Miami-Dade luxury market

A spec mansion in Miami Beach built by a Brooklyn-based construction company landed a contract at an asking price of $47.5 million last week, topping a slower week for Miami-Dade County’s luxury market.  Buyers signed 16 contracts between Sept. 21 and Sept. 27, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
