Watch mogul’s ex-wife finds buyer for waterfront Gables Estates home
A waterfront mansion in Gables Estates asking $28 million was among the largest of last week’s signed contracts report in Miami-Dade County. The pending deal is one of the 28 luxury home contracts signed countywide between May 25 and May 31, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent an average of 119 days on the market.
