“Full House” creator Jeff Franklin takes loss on Venetian Islands lots

Jeff Franklin, the creator of the sitcom “Full House,” sold his two remaining waterfront lots in Miami Beach’s Venetian Islands for a loss at $22.5 million.  Records show the former writer and showrunner sold the lot at 1230 South Venetian Way to a Wyoming LLC named for the address for $11 million. The adjacent lot, at 1236 South Venetian Way, sold for $11.5 million in a deal that has yet to appear in property records, according to listing agent Julian Johnston of the Corcoran Group.
