Bachow seeks boost in density for downtown Fort Lauderdale tower

Bachow Ventures is looking to squeeze more value out of its Fort Lauderdale tower, proposing 62 additional units as part of a revised plan to increase the development’s density.  The Miami-based developer first secured approval in April 2023 for a proposed redevelopment of the 33,600-square-foot lot at 11 North Andrews Avenue.
