🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale to hit records in South Florida was in Bay Harbor Islands. Venture capitalist Fued Sadala and his wife, Silvana, parted with the home at 9814 West Broadview Drive for $20 million. The buyers were Jack Tabacinic, managing director at Loom Capital Management, and Andrea Blau Russ. Built in 2002, the waterfront property spans 5,900 square feet and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The Sadalas owned the home since 2021, when they purchased it for $12 million.
