Broward County weekly condo sales dip to $20M
Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped last week. Brokers closed 42 condo sales totaling $19.6 million from Aug. 11 to Aug. 17. That’s down from 96 condo sales totaling $29 million the week prior. Last week’s units sold for an average of $465,448, higher than the $302,128 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $335 from $253, according to data from Redfin. For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $500,000 to $1.9 million.
