Keith Menin sells Miami-Dade taco joint spaces for a gain
Keith Menin made gains selling a pair of commercial spaces in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove leased to his Bodega Taqueria y Tequila chain. An entity controlled by Menin, a Miami Beach-based real estate investor, recently sold a single-story building with two retail units at 315-317 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables for $5.1 million, according to a Comras Company spokesperson. Comras Company’s Michael Silverman and Jeff Evans represented the seller. Azora Private Solutions represented the buyer, an entity managed by Rodrigo Ignacio Guerrero Falcon in Coral Gables, the Comras spokesperson said.
