Palm Beach County reaches $31M in weekly condo sales volume
Palm Beach County’s weekly condo sales and dollar volume held steady last week. Brokers closed 64 condo sales totaling $31.4 million from Aug. 11 to Aug. 17. The previous week, brokers closed 66 condo sales totaling $31.4 million. Last week’s units sold for an average of $491,305, higher than the $413,454 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $328 from $278, according to data from Redfin. For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $717,500 to $2.8 million.
