Adam Neumann’s Flow buys bayfront Edgewater apartments from Blackstone’s AIR Communities
Adam Neumann’s Flow added another South Florida multifamily building to its portfolio with the acquisition of Watermarc at Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, The Real Deal has learned. Flow purchased the 296-unit bayfront high-rise at 2150 North Bayshore Drive from Blackstone’s Apartment Income REIT (AIR Communities), according to a source familiar with the matter. The sale price was not disclosed. A Flow spokesperson declined to comment, and a spokesperson for Blackstone declined to comment.
