Related Ross, Fort Partners swap West Palm Beach waterfront properties
Related Ross and Fort Partners swapped neighboring West Palm Beach residential properties for $20 million each nearly a year after they settled a lawsuit over one of the sites. An entity tied to Steve Ross’ Related Ross sold 21 units in the Harbor Towers and Marina Condo to an affiliate of Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners, property records show. That puts Fort Partners one unit short of a complete buyout, according to the database Vizzda.
